No food dilemma



I was reading thru my monthly subscription of SHAPE mag when i chanced upon this particular article. Found it to be really interesting! It educates you to choose the lesser evil out of the 2 sinful dishes.







I was surprised that minced pork noodles actually triumphs over my favourite fishball noodle!

It was also stated in the mag that nutritionist advises women not to consume these food often. Preferably 1-2 times a week. Haa..imagine having nasi lemak 2 times a week. That will be 8 times in a month! Anyone would have gain weight then. I'll only limit myself to such sinful stuff at most thrice a month, and i make sure i complete my long D run after that.

Now that i'm working, it's extremely easy to gain weight. I've seen my colleagues' sharp faces ballooning to almost an double chin during these 4 months. So, no matter how tired i am after work, if i leave office on the dot, i will make an effort to go for runs. Not just maintaining your figure, it helps alot in your health in general too. Like blood circulation.

So do make it a point to exercise regularly!
