"Shingapooru wa do desuka?" (How's Singapore?)
That's prolly one of the few questions i managed to come up with in japanese. How sad right. Being a tourguide for the japanese yet not knowing how to speak the language. Argh!! How i wish i'm able to communicate in jap NOW! Sometimes it really gets on my nerve when i don't understand what they were trying to ask me. BooHooo it will be SO MUCH more fun if i know the language! UUURRRGH!
Anyway for the past 3 days, i was in town tourguiding! The japanese students that i was in charge of on mon were the best among the 3 consecutive days. They were really warm and chatty. They asked me loads of stuff and told me loads of stuff about Japan-tokyo too. I brought those girls to Suntec for shopping and we played with water at the fountain of wealth. It was a pity i forgot the bring my camera along! dionks. The tuesday group of girls wasn't as warm as the monday's though. I didn't talk much, but that's partly because their english is lousy and my jap is lousier haha. So tuesday was quite boring.
Wednesday! I was in charge of a GROUP OF GUYS! They are a bunch of funny peeps and i tell you they shop more as compared to the jap girls. We spent like 2 hrs plus shopping at fareast. Quite scary for guys. There was this time where the shop assistant at 77th street beckoned me over to help her translate in jap. And of course i'm of no help at all. i was so so embarassed okay. Felt like evaporating into the surrounding hahaha.
So finally i can stay at home today. Nothing beats lazing at home on a rainy day. Staying at home makes me happy. And you know the sports complex behind my house is opened for public already. This means that i can go gym or tanning or jogging at the stadium whenever i like. How cool is that! Furthermore with the weather being so ecentric these days, i can hop to the pool when it turns sunny and hop home if it turns gloomy, since its only a mere 3 mins walk from my house! Life is good life is good! Heeh and have i mentioned that the gym and the pool is humongous?
-hinting chelle- =D
Gotta burn midnight oil tonight. Need to study for my econs test this coming sat. Econs and math are the only subject that i like doing. This also means that my stats and fiance can go eat shit already. Chi da bian!
