We didnt win, yet again. It just shows that we didnt train hard enough. Like what sharon says, we might have lost to other tertiary teams, but we didnt lose to ourselves. The fighting spirit in the boat was running high, even though we were in the 5th placing.
Shall blog more with pictures when i gotten hold of the photos from maz's SLR.
Prior to the race, we had our team cohesion on thurs' night at Andrew's house and the usual race prep in school. It was potluck dinner at the big friendly giant's (BFG) house and the food was damn nice! Didnt know so many of them can cook so well.
Andrew's GR and Jack russell. The little jack russell was so terribly scared of people but its so cute and tiny that i couldnt resist carrying it. If only i could put her in my bag and carry it home to be Oreo's companion haha.
Twister game! Its basically a show down between the guys team and the ladies' team. The trick to win is actually to be as violent as possible, which explains why tiffany managed to win wr 3 times in a row. Haha that loser.
I was particularly attracted to BFG's aquarium in his room. I was never a fish person and thought that keeping fishes are damn boring, since all they do is to swim around, eat and shit, unlike doggies. But his sea water aquarium changed my mind, because it was stunningly beautiful. I was even more delighted when i saw there's nemos and dory (clown fish and Blue tang fish) swimming in it!!
This picture doesnt do any justice to the aquarium cuz my camera couldnt capture the blue lighting and the illuminating colours of the fishes.
Courtesy of edrea, who managed to take this priceless shot of us pinching the well deserved wr.
